I started Desh Mofidi Counselling because I am dedicated to supporting you by offering an empathic, non-judgemental space where you can talk about what concerns you the most.

I offer short-term, solution-focussed counselling or longer-term/open-ended counselling, depending on what suits you the most.

Counselling can be helpful for a wide range of areas, including:

I believe that we each have the potential to live a fulfilled life, but sometimes it helps to have a safe space where any issues can be explored so you are best equipped to manage them.
