About Me

I am a registered therapist with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I also have a degree (BSc) in Psychology and a master’s degree (MSc) in Neuroscience. In addition to these qualifications, I frequently attend training workshops and seminars to support my professional development as a counsellor.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Throughout my counselling training, in addition to my past experience as a NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) counsellor, I have offered support to clients who have experienced mild to severe anxiety and depression. This included supporting clients who had experienced relationship breakdowns, lack of motivation, low self-worth, persistent negative thinking and emotional dysregulation, as well as other challenges that negatively impact mental health.

If you are interested in having counselling or have any questions, please get in touch for a no obligation 20-minute chat. I am listed on the Counselling Directory and the BACP Therapist Directory. I am DBS certified and ICO registered.
